How do credits work?
New accounts receive 10 free credits upon registration. Each dream analysis costs 1 credit, voice playback costs 0.5 credits, and a monthly report costs 5 credits. Additional credits can be purchased from the app.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
All purchases are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests. We are unable to issue refunds outside of these policies.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Is my dream data private?
Yes. Your dream content is transmitted to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. Anthropic does not use it to train its models, and we never sell or share it with third parties. Separately, we may use your dreams and their analyses to train and improve our own dream-analysis model — but only if you explicitly opt in under Settings → Data & Privacy (off by default). You can withdraw your consent at any time, and deleting your account removes this data.
The app isn't working. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in from Settings. If you're still experiencing problems, contact us at the email above with a description of the issue and your device model.
Which languages are supported?
Katabasis is fully available in English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese (Simplified), Korean, Japanese, and Greek.
